Return and Refund
Overview
If you are dissatisfied with your product, please first contact me at Basketofyarn@yahoo.com if you have any questions about refunds, etc. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

- Gift Cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued:
- More than 30 days after receipt
- In the unlikely event that discrepancies in patterns are discovered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to inform you that we have received your request. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to officially post. Next, contact your bank, as it often takes some processing time for a refund to be reflected. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact me at Basketofyarn@yahoo.com.
Clearance items and only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sold-out items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email me at Basketofyarn@yahoo.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift voucher.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the money back to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
